START and FINISH LINE:  BETWEEN  “34A”    39 18.174 N    076 12.761 W (near Worton Point) and the Committee Boat or if no Committee Boat a Orange Ball.
--> Monitor Ch. 72 from one hour before start until the rendezvous after the race.
If no Committee Boat on station: monitor Ch.72 for course and starting time instruction. 
If a Committee Boat on station: will fly a yellow flag and the course Code Flag/s Course Code Flag/s will be flown from mast,  Starting Flags  from cockpit of the committee boat. 

 If for any reason the start is delayed the race committee boat will fly the Answering Pendant. The new starting sequence will take place within 5 minutes of the Answering Pendant being lowered.
If time permits a second race may be held.
